Does the free inspection actually cost nothing?
Nothing. No fee, no deposit, no obligation. We do it because a roof we have actually walked is a roof we can price honestly, and because roughly a third of the time we tell people they do not need us yet. You keep the photo report either way.
Will my insurance cover a replacement?
If the damage came from a covered event like hail or wind, often yes. What matters is documentation. We inspect, build the damage report, and meet your adjuster on the roof so both parties are looking at the same evidence. We handle the supplement paperwork when the initial scope comes back short.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential asphalt roofs are a single day for tear off and install, with a second day only if we find decking that needs replacing or the weather turns. Metal, tile, and larger or steeper roofs run two to four days. You get a target date in the proposal, not a vague window.
What warranty comes with the work?
Two separate warranties. The manufacturer covers the material, typically 25 to 50 years depending on the system you choose. Cashwright covers the workmanship on top of that. Both are written, both are handed to you at close out along with the permit sign off and the full photo record.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through third party lenders, with terms that are shown to you up front including the actual rate and total cost. We will also tell you plainly when paying cash or running the insurance claim is the better move for you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry both general liability and workers compensation, and we pull the permit on every job that requires one. We are happy to send current certificates and license details before you sign anything, so ask and we will email them over.
